- The internal monster, unknown to others. Twist on the fun child's game - wink murder. Game turns sour, die whilst playing, who is causing it, someone from the outside or a member of the internal group.
- Setting - The Common, large open areas, ideal for large groups of friends as well as hiding in the background.
- Props - Picnic items e.g. rugs, food etc.
- Equilibrium - Fun picnic, general fun, talking, bored so games are played.
- Disequilibrium - Game turns sour, leads to death, ends with shot of each character including the dead, but also a view from the outside suggesting there is someone else.
- Binary codes - Light = good, fun, darkness (dark clouds) = evil and death
- Enigma codes - Who has caused the death? How did they die? What is hidden from behind?
